HC185 Lap Former

Further improving the parallelism and straightness of cotton roll fibers facilitates the removal of neps, impurities, and short fibers; Significantly reduces fiber hooks, effectively minimizing damage to long fibers during combing and the resulting short fiber generation. This also reduces the load on the cylinder during carding, extending its service life. The structure of the cotton roll transforms from a strand-like layer to a net-like layer, facilitating more uniform gripping by the combing machine's gripper plates. This reduces the loss of effective fibers and lowers the combing waste rate. The cotton roll forms well and is easy to handle without sticking.

HC650 Comber

Flexible combing + low-load design—A brand-new non-circular gear design (optimizing tooth profile, side clearance, and acceleration/deceleration to reduce vibration and noise, significantly improving smoothness; a heavy-load design scheme that doubles the bending fatigue strength of gear teeth, reducing equipment failures; optimized angular acceleration in the acceleration/deceleration zone, significantly enhancing combed sliver quality)

HC035 Intelligent Cotton Roll Transport System (optional)

The HC035 fully automatic cotton roll transport system uses a suspended gripping mechanism. After receiving the instruction from the carding machine to pick up cotton rolls, the gripping mechanism grabs eight cotton rolls prepared on the conveyor belt by the sliver and roving combining machine and transports them to the standby roll rack of the carding machine. Then, via a flipping mechanism on the standby roll rack, the cotton rolls are transferred to the carrying rollers. Next, the gripping mechanism picks up the eight empty tubes already flipped onto the empty tube rack and transports them back to the empty tube bin on the sliver and roving combining machine's conveyor belt. The empty tubes then move sequentially along the conveyor belt to the tube components on the sliver and roving combining machine, completing one working cycle and waiting for the next cycle to begin.

Automatic splicing system for comber (optional)

When used in conjunction with a fully automatic cotton roll transport system or cotton roll trolley, the automatic splicing system can achieve high machine efficiency. At the same time, it ensures stable and excellent sliver and yarn quality, while reducing labor requirements and physical workload.

Combing sliver self-regulating system (optional)

The combed sliver auto-leveling system can reduce the CV% of combed sliver to below 2

Round comb needle strip

Note: To ensure optimal roundness, be sure to tighten the round comb needle strips onto the base using a torque wrench with a torque of 0.5 Newton-meters.
